1. To obtain a Spirit and Wines permit you will have to write an application letter requesting the same to the Ministry of Tourism Environment and Culture.
2. You will be given an application form which you have to fill in and also the requirements to get the process accomplished successfully. Application Form : Grant of License Application Form
3. Make sure you have documents that are listed under the Required Documents section of this page that has to be submitted with the application form.
4. After your documents are validated the authorities approves your application form and an interview with the applicant is requested.
5. if the authorities are happy with the interview and the submitted documents a permit or license for alcohol is provided.
