1. Go to the nearest post office in your area.
2. Apply for the procedure by completing an application form. Note: Do not forget to sign the form.
3. Submit the completed form together with other required documents.
4. Pay the rental fee.
5. The subscriber will be provided with a mailbox and a mailbox key. All his correspondences will be sent to that mailbox. Each subscriber will have his own postal number.
