Apply In-Person:

1. The application form for renewal of registering as a veterinary practitioner in Kerala is available on the Kerala Veterinary Council.

3. After getting the application form, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary details.
4. Applicant should make sure to carry the originals and photocopies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee must be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. If all the above-mentioned procedures are followed properly, the applicant can get their renewal of registration within 15 days.
8. If the renewal has not been done within a month, the applicant can visit the council to know status of their application.
   

Apply Online

1. Application form for renewal of registration as a veterinary practitioner is available in the following link – Link
2. Applicant has to enter their existing veterinary council registration number in the “Registration Number” tab.
3. Then, click on the “OK” button.
4. Application form for new registration will be opened.
5. Applicant has to enter all the necessary details in the application form.
6. Applicant has to upload digital copies of documents (whichever is necessary) that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. Applicant should also upload their digital signature.
8. After entering and uploading necessary details, applicant has to click on the “Submit” button.
9. Fee will be paid online.
10. Once the fee payment is successful, the applicant can get the renewal of registration within 15 days.
11. If the renewal of registration has not been done within a month, the applicant can check the status of their application online or by visiting the council directly.
    

Apply through Centres:

1. To apply through centres, the applicant has to visit the respective “CSC” centre. Please tap on the following link to locate the centre according to the respective district: link.
2. Make sure to have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
4. The operator will process the application online.
5. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement.
6. The status, viz. Approval or Rejection if any, will be conveyed to the applicant through an SMS.
7. If verified, the certificate will be hand delivered or sent through post to the address mentioned while applying in a stipulated period of time.

• Father’s or Husband’s Name
• Nationality
• Address
• Date of Birth
• E-mail ID
• Employment status with detail
• Basic veterinary qualifications possessed by the applicant
• Registration Number

• Renewal of registration must be done for continuing the veterinary practicing for another year.
