Apply In-Person

1. A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Kerala must visit the Kerala State Pollution Control Board office. Click on the following link to find the address of the Regional office link
2. Fill in the application form with your name, contact details, and complaint in detail. Download the application form from the following link
3. The application forms are also available in the regional office.
4. Attach documents or pictures of proof, if any.
5. Submit the application form to the officer and wait for a receipt. The officer will issue a receipt with an “Acknowledgment Number.”
6. No fee is required for this procedure.
7. The time limit for each complaint varies according to the credibility and importance of the complaint.
8. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.

A complaint is valid until the authorities carry out the necessary solutions.
