Karnataka - Complaint about Quality of Water (Industrial)

Apply Online

  1. To Complaint about Quality of Water (Industrial), the applicant has to make the application online via link link
  2. The applicant has to select the department.
  3. And enter all the details of name, contact number along with comments.
  4. Upload all the necessary documents which is mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. There is no fee for this procedure.
  6. After completion, the applicant has to click the “Submit” button.
  7. Once the verification process gets completed by the respective officer.
  8. The applicant gets the notification of successful process through mail or SMS.
  9. The officer will visit the site to check the fault.

  11. If the officer is not taken any action, the applicant has to visit the respective office.


Apply In-Person

  1. A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Karnataka must visit the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board office. Click on the following link to find the address of the Regional office link.
  2. Write down the complaint in a detailed manner on white paper. Fill in your name, contact details, address and duration of issue. Attach documents or pictures of proof, if any.
  3. Submit the letter to the pollution control officer.
  4. The officer will issue a receipt for further reference.
  5. No fee is required for this procedure.
  6. The time limit for each complaint varies according to the credibility and importance of the complaint.
  7. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.


Apply through SMS

  1. To Complaint about Quality of Water (Industrial), The centralised control room and response centre (CCRRC) of Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board (KUWSDB) - 9220092200
  2. The applicant has to type and send the complaint details.
  3. There is no fee for this procedure.
  4. Once the SMS received to the concern office, the officer will contact the person to collect details.
  5. The respective officer will visit the site to take an action.
  6. The processing time for this procedure is within a week.
  7. If the officer is not taken any action, the applicant has to visit the respective office.



Apply through Email
