Apply In-Person:

1. The application form for renewal of registering as a veterinary practitioner in Jharkhand is available in the Department of Animal husbandry and veterinary services offices within the state.

3. After getting the application form, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary details.
4. Applicant should make sure to carry the originals and photocopies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee must be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, the renewal of registration can be done within 15 days.
8. If the renewal has not been done within a month, the applicant can reach out to the help of main office to know status of their application.

• Self-Attested Copy of Degree Certificates (B.V.Sc. and A.H.)
• Lid Registration ID Card (Original)
• Two passport size photographs

• Father’s or Husband’s Name
• Nationality
• Address
• Date of Birth
• E-mail ID
• Employment status with detail
• Basic veterinary qualifications possessed by the applicant
• Registration Number
  

• Veterinary practitioner registration is necessary for legally practicing.
• Renewal of registration must be done for continuing the veterinary practicing for another year.
  

The Jharkhand Veterinary Council is responsible for the renewal of registration of veterinary practitioners, maintenance of registration of veterinary practitioners and other related issues in Jharkhand.
