Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a land mortgage, you will need a mortgage deed and an encumbrance certificate.
2. Approach the nearest Common service centre for further details.

4. The applicant can also visit the nearest Teshildars office.
5. The applicant will receive an application form.
6. Fill in all relevant details and attach the required document.
7. A document checklist can be found under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
8. Attach all the documents to the application form and submit them at the Common Service centre.
9. The application will be forwarded to the relevant authorities.
10. The applicant shall receive their certificate within a few weeks.
