Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a land mortgage in Himachal Pradesh, the applicant has to show a record of rights certificate or Jamabandi.
2. To apply offline, the applicant has to approach the nearest Lok Mitra Kendra or the Tehsildar’s office.

4. You will be given an application form which you need to fill with details such as your details, your permanent address, mouza number and ROR number.
5. Attach all documents as mentioned in the “Required documents” section of this page, and submit the application to the concerned authorities at the CSC centre.
6. The application form will be sent to the concerned authorities.
7. An application number will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
8. After verifying the record, your certificate will be issued which you can collect from the office or download online depending on the mode of delivery you selected.
