Apply In-Person:

1. To Obtain FSSAI license as Vegetable Dealer, You have to approach the Commissioner of Food Safety / Officer-In-Charge for Food Safety.

3. You can download the application Form-B from the following link: Form B.
4. Please make sure you are eligible to make the application by going through the eligibility criteria provided under the “Eligibility” section of this page.
5. First download the Form-B from the link and fill all the required information and you need to submit the form to the Commissioner of Food safety department. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
6. Please complete the application form and make sure you have all the documents that are listed under “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. Pay the appropriate fees and submit the form to the Officer-In-Charge in the Food Safety department.
8. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
9. Authorities will inspect the facilities that are related to the Vegetable Dealer and if they are satisfied with the standards followed the authorities will provide the franchise permission.
10. The applicant will be later requested to collect the FSSAI license as Vegetable Dealer on a specified date.

Apply Online:

1. To Obtain FSSAI License for Vegetable Dealer through online, you can use the FOSCOS website. Please click the following link : Foscos Website
2. Click the “Login-Businesses” tab and Under User sign-in Box enter your Application Ref. No./License No./Certificate No. and Click on the “Proceed” button to login.
3. If you are a new user, then Click on the "Do you want to apply for New License/Registration" and click on the "Apply for License/Registration" tab in the new page.
4. Next select the state from the dropdown list box and read the Note.
5. Next select the type of Business, Now Select the annual turnover of your business. After that Click on the “Proceed” tab.
6. On the next page, Click on the “Click here to apply State License for all Businesses”.
7. Next Form-B page will be displayed, fill all the required informations under premises details section and Click on the “Save & Next” tab.
8. On the Production selection page, fill all the details for DGFT Authentication and Click on the “Proceed with DGFT validation” to authenticate the details.
9. Next Click on the “Save” to save the authenticated details. After Successfully Proceeding with DGFT validation, Click on the “Save & Next”.
10. Next fill all the Communication details and Click on the “Save & Next”.
11. Under required documents section upload all the relevant documents and Click on the “Save & Next”.
12. Next pay the fees and submit the application.
13. After Successful Completing the payment, a receipt will be generated with a 17-digit reference number make a print of it and keep it safe for future reference.
14. You can track the application through the Home page.
15. This application will be processed by them and they will notify you through your e-mail or by SMS.

Apply through Mobile APP:

1. To Obtain Food Safety License (FSSAI) as Vegetable Dealer through android/windows or iOS app, the applicant shall download the following app from the play store: Link.
2. On a newly opened application page, go to "My Applications" and select an application type.
3. On the given slot, choose "Application for FSSAI" and fill up all the necessary details as displayed on the web page.
4. Now upload all the mandatory documents as requested (if any)
5. Make the requisite payment and complete the process.
6. Download the acknowledgement slip and keep it for future reference.
7. The inspecting authority will verify all the details of the applicant.
8. On complete satisfaction, the authority will grant the application and issue the license.
9. Download the e-license from the same mobile app or collect it from the concerned office.

Apply through Centres:

1. To Obtain Food Safety License (FSSAI) as Vegetable Dealer in Haryana, the applicant shall visit the website Atal Sewa Kendra. Find contacts in the Link provided: Link
2. The applicant shall log in through the web portal in the "partner login" section and provide the required information for the process.
3. After login, the applicant shall choose an appropriate option to obtain the certificate and proceed further.
4. If you are not already a user, click on the "Register with us" button and proceed.
5. The applicant shall choose an appropriate option and fill up the application form with all the necessary details on a newly opened page and complete the given application form.
6. Now the applicant shall upload scanned copies of all the " Required Documents" for further processing.
7. Once the documents are uploaded, provide the mobile number and enter the received OTP.
8. Now click on "Submit" and complete the process and save the acknowledgement receipt for future reference.
9. On successful verification, the license will be issued by the authority.
10. Obtain the license from the concerned centre by showing the acknowledgement receipt.
