1. To change the address information in National Identity Card (CIN), you would have to approach one of the ONI office centers who will be able to help you out. Following are the ONI office locations who you can contact : ONI Office Locations
2. Take an appointment with the nearest ONI office with your new address updated Certificate of Residence document.
3. After verification of your application your National Identity card will be updated accordingly.
