Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a mortgage certificate the applicant needs to mandatorily show a possession certificate.
2. To get the certificate the applicant needs to submit an application at the nearest -Dhara-Kendra which can be found at your nearest Taluk or the Teshildars office.
3. You will have to mention details such as your house number, Ration card and Aadhar card numbers, applicant information and so on.
4. Once submitted the application will be forwarded to the concerned authorities.
5. You will receive an application number that can be used to track the application.
6. Once the concerned authorities have reviewed your documents there will be a field visit.
7. An officer will come to review your land in person.
8. Once this is done you will get timely updates by SMS on your registered number.
9. Once fully approved your certificate will be sent to you by post or if it is manual you will have to go to the office to collect your documents.
