1. To apply for a telephone connection with Guam Telephone Authority you will need to visit one of their store.
2. Be ready to present your valid identification. Make sure that you also had it photocopied in case the GTA personnel asks for a copy of the ID.
3. Choose which type of services you would like to avail and pay all applicable fees.
