Grenada - Replace Lost / Stolen Passport


Procedure

  1. You must file a report stating that your passport was lost or stolen. A link is provided under "Documents to Use" section which you can use to download the Lost, Stolen or Damaged Passport Report Form.
  2. You will need to complete an application form to obtain a replacement passport. Fill out all required sections.
  3. Submit the completed form together with 2 passport size pictures taken no more than 3 months ago and other required documents.
  4. Pay the application fee.

You may use the link provided under "Office Locations & Contacts" to get in touch with the nearest Embassy of Grenada in the country you are currently staying. Submit your application together with all required documents to the consular service section.





Required Documents

  • Completed Passport Application Form
  • Police Report/Number issued by the precint where the passport was reported lost/stolen
  • Notarized Affidavit Form
  • Two passport size pictures taken no more than 3 months ago. Specifications:
    • No glasses
    • No hair bands visible
    • No big earrings
    • Ears must be visible
    • Hair must be away from face and not covering the forehead
    • Chest must be covered
  • Children under the age of 16 years must have written consent of parent/legal guardian when applying for a passport
  • Female applicants if married, must supply their original Marriage Certificate. If divorced, the original divorce decree. Note: All documents will be returned with the new passport.
  • Other required documents:
    • Original Birth Certificate, and/or
    • Certificate of Naturalization or Registration

Instructions

The holder of a Grenada passport which has been lost, stolen or which is damaged so as to be unusable may apply for a replacement passport on furnishing evidence of the lost, theft or damage and paying passport replacement fee.
