1. Complete an application form, a link is provided under "Documents to Use" section which you can use to download the form.
2. Visit a Gibletelecom Customer Service Centre and submit your completed application.
3. Pay the application/connection fee.

• Proof of address: rental agreement, deeds or tenancy agreement
• Valid identification
• If you are an old age pensioner (OAP) on rent relief applying for a connection with Gibtelecom, you will need to submit a letter from the Ministry of Housing verifying this. This will entitle you to free transfer of your line to another location in Gibraltar, replacement of faulty phones due to wear and tear and 4.50 of free calls each month.
