Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Event registration (Ghana investment promotion centre) in Ghana, the applicant has to approach the Ghana investment promotion centre link
2. Applicant must obtain the application form from GIPC centre or applicant can be downloaded from this link
3. Read carefully through the application form, as it contains different section and fill it accurately.
4. Please complete each section of this application form as a Word document then submit a printed version of the completed form, along with the supporting documents to the GIPC regional office or the head office for verification and processing.
5. Applicant must make sure to carry all necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page. (Both photocopies and originals)
6. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
7. Pay the required application fees at the Reception of GIPC or at the Conference Venue, upon which the applicant will be issued with a receipt.
8. Upon receiving the applicant’s application the GIPC will verify and process the applicant’s application, and if the register or authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order.
9. Applicant should contact the centre in 5 days to know the progress of the applicant’s application, if approved applicant will be issued with the event registration permit and given further instruction.
10. Generally , the processing time for this procedure 5 working days (Monday – Friday )

• Applicants who wish to hold an event in the following field’ energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, agriculture &Agric –business, industry & skills development, tourism, financial services at the Ghana investment promotion centre (GIPC) should register with the GIPC and make the booking.
• Event registration is the process by which an event planner organizes attendance to an experience for one or more attendees.
