Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for de-registration of a community-based Organization in Ethiopia is provided by the Federal High Court of Ethiopia contact link
2. Applicant must enter all necessary information in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing the procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
6. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the document will be provided within 5 days.
7. Applicant can get their document by visiting the office after getting notification from concerned authorities.
8. If there is no update on the application after 5 days, the applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.

The application procedure is free of charge.

The deregistration is valid forever.

This document is necessary for official de-registration of a CBO in Ethiopia.

• All signatures must be original ones, scanned signatures will be rejected.
• Applicant must provide additional documents if requested by concerned authorities.
