Apply In-Person

1. A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Daman & Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli must visit the Daman & Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli Pollution Control Committee office. Find the address here: -link
2. Write down the complaint in a detailed manner on white paper. Fill in your name, contact details, address and duration of issue. Attach documents or pictures of proof, if any.
3. Submit the letter to the pollution control officer.
4. The officer will issue a receipt for further reference.
5. No fee is required for this procedure.
6. The time limit for each complaint varies according to the credibility and importance of the complaint.
7. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.
   

Apply through Centres:

1. To complain about Quality of Water (Industrial) in Daman & Diu, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. #Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
2. Procure the mandatory application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the complaint.
3. Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
4. Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
5. Make the requisite payment required for the process (if applicable).
6. Now, submit the application to the office of the concerned centre and obtain the acknowledgement slip.
7. After successful verification, the complaint will be made by the concerned authority.
