1. To renew your learner's license, you will need to apply in person at the offices of the Department of Road Transport (Central and Provincial) or at a Citizen Service Center.
2. Submit a completed application form together with these documents:
   1. Two recent photos of 45x35mm
   2. Identification (ID) card
   3. Your expiring license
3. Pay the renewal fee.

• Special category: applicant must have reached the age of 17
• Class B, B1, A1, B + E: applicant must have reached the age of 17.5
• Class C1, C1 + E, Class F and IB : applicant must have reached the age of 18.
• Class C and C + E, D1, D1 + E, and special category H, Z, I: applicant must have reached the age of 21
• Class D, D1 + E: applicant must have reached the age of 24
