1. Request the business admissibility certificate which is obtain at the general directorate for registries, notaries and identification office, and you will be issued with an order payment receipt. Note that you will have to pay for the application fees of CVE 600.
2. Obtain application form 109 from the ministry of finance and visit the citizens house to apply for your tax identification number(TIN) at the general directorate of contributions and taxes department
3. Go back to the general directorate for registries, notaries and identification office to request for a commercial registration, pay the application fees of CVE 19,600 and you will be issued with an order delivery receipt
4. Obtain the registration for the same office mentioned in (3) above.
5. Go to the Cape Verde National Press office in the department of Sale, Budget and Invoicing, present the registration order and pay publication in BO as follows and obtain the BO payment receipt;
   • CVE 8,386 (1 page)
   • CVE 4,193 (1/2 page)
   • CVE 1,677 (1/4 page)
6. Deliver the payment receipt for publication at the general directorate for registries, notaries and identification office, for the complication of your application.
7. After processing you will be issued with a commercial registration certificate.
8. If you are in abroad, start by obtaining a declaration form the nearest embassy.
