How to Apply

1. Applicants the ministry of agriculture headquarter office or the nearest Veterinary District Office, department of veterinary service for the registration process {see office location & contact section below for address details below}.
2. Collect the user access application form or use this link to download Link

   • Note; All sections on the application form must be completed in FULL and in BLOCK LETTERS

3. Submit the completed form attached to the supporting documents {as listed under required document section below} to the BAITS Café/agent to be verified.
4. The agent will upload the information obtain from the form to the BAIT system, create an account on your behalf and issue you with your personal login credential {User name and password} to access your account immediately.

• Valid ID card.
• An affidavit (if custodian).

• The BAITS system provides a platform for farmers to provide information on their livestock.
• This platform is offered online (via internet access). BAITS is used for animal registration, transfer of ownership, arrival of livestock, veterinary drug treatments and removal of dead/fallen stock.
• This also allows the farmer to report in the system animals they have lost. Animals may be lost due to natural causes or slaughter.
