HOW TO APPLY:

1. You should contact theMinistry of AgricultureDepartment of Veterinary Services headquarters or veterinary office near you for more information on how to file the application with the department
2. Accurately fill in the application form, which can be obtained from the veterinary offices or click the link below to download .Link
3. submit the completed form along with the required supporting documentation in any of the offices (as listed below).
4. Application submitted through the veterinary office will then be forward to the ministry of AgricultureDepartment of Veterinary Services
5. if the Director is satisfied that you have compelled with all the requirements as set for the application of the licence, within 60 days you will be informed on where and when to collect the licences.

• A valid national identity card (Omang) for citizens.
• A valid company's registration certificate

• This licence allows citizens and businesses to operate a red meat slaughterhouse legally, in relation to the Livestock and Meat Industries Act of 2007 and Regulations for Red and Poultry Meat.
