1. A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Andhra Pradesh must visit the Pollution control office. Click on the following link to find the address of the Regional office: Link
2. Write down the complaint in a detailed manner on white paper. Fill in your name, contact details, address and duration of issue. Attach documents or pictures of proof, if any.
3. Submit the letter to the pollution control officer.
4. The officer will issue a receipt for further reference with an acknowledgment number.
5. No fee is required for this procedure.
6. The time limit for each complaint varies according to the credibility and importance of the complaint.
7. The “Acknowledgment No” can be used to track the application. Click on the following Link.
8. On the homepage, click on the “Track My Application” button. Then, enter the acknowledgment number in the box provided and click the “Submit” button.
9. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.
   

Apply Online

1. A person desirous of making a complaint about the water quality in Bihar must visit the Public Grievance Redressal Portal of the Pollution Control Board website: Link.
2. On the homepage, click on the “Register Your Complaint” button.
3. Then, fill in your name, address, contact details, and District and click the “Next” button in the form that appears.
4. On the next page, select the “Complaint Type” and fill in the details of the complaint in the box given.
5. Then, click on the “Choose File” button below and add documents related to the complaint.
6. After uploading, click the “Submit” button. Once the application is submitted successfully, an “Acknowledgment No” will be generated.
7. The “Acknowledgment No” can be used to track the application. Next, revisit the website by clicking on the following Link.
8. On the homepage, click on the “Track My Application” button. Then, enter the acknowledgment number in the box provided and click the “Submit” button.
9. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.
   

Apply through Centres:

1. To apply through centres, the applicant has to visit the respective “CSC” centre. Please tap on the following link to locate the centre according to the respective district: link.
2. The operator will process the application online.
3. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement.
4. If approved, the complaint will be resolved in a stipulated period of time.
