You can apply to obtain a replacement card/permit if you have lost or damaged the 2D Barcode readable CID/ SRP card. Replacement will also be allowed for those cards/permits requiring a change in image or in the event the card contains typographical error.
A fee of Nu. 400 is payable at the time the application is to be submitted. Do not forget to collect your receipt from the collecting agent.

It will usually take about 5 days from the time the application was submitted for the Citizenship Identity (CID) Card / Special Resident Permit to be issued to the applicant.
