1. Go to your local post office and ask if they have any available post box for rent.
2. Complete and submit an application.
3. The box can be rented for a year (Tk. 500 annual fee). The fee charged for a period of less than one official year is 150 for every three calendar months and portion thereof.

A Post box may be rented at places where the post box system is in force. The box bears a number, which is assigned to it. You may direct your letters, postcards, newspapers and packets be delivered to your post box. You may then clear the box at your convenience during business hours.
