Apply In-Person

1. To obtain a Dairy Licence, the applicant has to submit an application Form along with the supporting documents and corresponding Fees, to the Department of Agriculture
2. The Applicant can download the Form from the below link:Form Link.
3. Fill the application with required details and duly signed and pays the fees.
4. After verification of the documents the License is Approved and the applicant is issued a Permit.
5. Applicant must submit the Dairy Permit to an Agricultural Officer and Customs Officer at the port of entry.
   

• For Commercial Traders, a valid Business Licence is required.

There is no eligibility criteria associated with this service.

The Fees Required for a Dairy Permit is BS$2.00.

• For persons outside of The Bahamas, a money order or draft can be sent via courier service.
• Personal cheques will not be accepted.
  

The Validity of the Permit is mentioned in the License issued by the officer.
