Apply In-Person

1. To apply offline, the applicant must visit the nearest Common service centre.
2. To find your nearest CSC centre, visit this site and enter details: link
3. You will be given an application form, fill it up.
4. Attach all the required documents as listed in the “required documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the application form along with the listed documents.
6. You will get timely updates on the status of your application in your registered phone number.
7. After approval, you will receive your certificate in about 20 days. (You will receive an SMS)
   

Apply Online

1. To apply online, the applicant will have to visit the Assam State Portal.
2. Here is the link to the website: Assam online portal
3. You will have to register for an account, on the top right of the page click on the “sign-in” option.
4. If you have an account, you can just log in. If you do not, follow these steps-
   • Click on “Create account”.
   • Provide relevant details such as name, DOB and gender.
   • Enter phone number.
   • Enter the captcha and click on “Save”.
   • An email with an activation link will be sent to you, click on this to activate your account.
5. Now. go to the e-service portal and log in.
6. In the “Search e-forms” section, type “Land valuation certificate”.
7. Click on “Online” to apply online.
8. The applicant will be directed to a page where you will have to enter details about your property.
9. Click on “save” to save details.
10. The applicant will have to make a fee payment.
11. The applicant will receive a fee acknowledgement number, keep this for future references.
12. The applicant will get timely updates on the status of your application on your registered mobile number.
13. Once approved, you will receive an SMS, and you can obtain an online, signed certificate.
