Apply In-Person
- To apply for an Employee Verification In-Person, get the Employee Verification form from the nearest police station in Assam Assam Police Stations
- You can also download the form online and print it from the link: Application form.
- In the procured form, fill the required details of the employee.
- Provide the complete description of the employee in the section provided for the same.
- Mention the employee’s friend’s or relative’s information.
- Provide the voluntary fingerprints of the employee if necessary.
- Provide the required information about the employer.
- Affix the passport size photograph of the employee in the space given.
- Attach Photocopy of Photo ID proofs of the employee.
- Duly sign the form and submit the form at the nearest Police Station.
- Pay the processing fee if required.
- Receive the acknowledgment receipt and keep it safe for further reference.
- Follow up to know the status of your report, and visit the Police Station to get the report once it is ready.
Note: Make sure you carry the original Id proofs with you for cross verification.
Apply Online : - Apply to get Employee (Job) Verification Online with Images
- To apply for an Employee Verification online, one has to login to Assam’s Citizen Portal Apply Online
- If you are a new user, create a new user account with your details Citizen Registration.
- Now login with your account and select Employee Verification.
- Fill in all the required details of the employer in the given window.
- Fill in the required details of the employee.
- Upload the scanned copies of the required documents in the specified file size and format (Check required documents section for further details).
- Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
- Pay the processing fee if required.
- After submission, you will receive your Service Request No. through SMS or E-Mail.
- Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
- You can check the status of your application online, by selecting the “Service Status” option and entering your Name, Date of Birth, and the Service request No.
- You will receive the report online in your registered mail id.
