Following are the ways through which you can register a trade mark in Arunachal Pradesh.
Apply In-Person:
- Trademarks can be registered under the Trade Marks act 1999.

- Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.

- After the application form is processed, the registrar will intimate you through mail or phone.
- After successful verification, the trademark will be registered.
