Provide eligibility criteria's for going through this procedure.

The annual fee for the license to organize gambling is AMD 5,000,000, and the annual fee for the license to organize casino is AMD 25,000,000.
To receive license for organization of gambling, the applicant shall pay AMD 5,000,000 to the State Treasury account number 900005016267. To receive license for organization of casinos, the applicant shall pay AMD 25,000,000 to the State Treasury account number 900005016259. The applicant is not obligated to submit to the licensing authority a document confirming the payment.
