Apply In-Person

1. To apply offline, the applicant needs to approach the nearest Meeseva franchise or the Tehsildars office.
2. The applicant can find a list of Meeseva franchises here:Meseva locations
3. You will have to submit an application at the centre.
4. Here is the link to the application : Application Form print it and enter relevant details.
5. Mention the mode of delivery of the certificate, ie. if you want to go to the centre and collect it or just download a soft copy from the internet.
6. Submit all relevant documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. You will have to make a fee payment, after which you will receive an application number that can be used to track your application.
8. The document will be sent to the concerned authorities.
9. You will receive an SMS to confirm your valuation certificate.
10. You will have to enter the application number to confirm. this can be done here : Meseva portal login
11. Once the request has been approved you will receive the certificate.

Must be a citizen of India and own property isn’t the state of Andhra Pradesh.

The applicant has to pay a small fee.

The document should be updated every 3 to 5 years.
