Apply In-Person

1. To apply in person the applicant has to approach the sub registrar’s office or the Tahsildar’s office.
2. To find your nearest sub registrar’s office and for further details on how to apply offline please email helpdesk.sdc.and@gov.in or call 03192259027.
3. The applicant will be given an application form fill this with relevant details.
4. Carry supporting documents, a list of documents that are needed can be found under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The authorities will give further information on what needs to be done.
   

Apply Online

1. To apply online, the applicant has to visit the Andaman and Nicobar Administration’s official site.
2. Here is the link to the website: Home Page
3. On the top left, click on “Login”.Home Page
4. If you have credentials enter those. If you do not, click on “Register”.
   • Enter all relevant details such as your name, mobile number, email ID, DOB, user ID and password.
   • Enter the captcha and click on “Register”.
   • An SMS will be sent to your registered number, meanwhile, an “enter OTP” icon will be displayed on your screen.
   • Enter OTP and register.
   • Your credentials will be sent to your email ID, you can save this for future references.
5. Now, go back to the login screen, enter details and click on “Login”.
6. On the left side of the page, you will see drop-down menus, click on “Revenue department”.
7. Click on “Valuation certificate”.
8. Click on the “Proceed” button.
9. You will have to update your profile, click on “Update profile”.
10. Once you update details, you will also have to attach relevant documents.
11. You will receive an application number that you can use to keep track of your application status.
