West Bengal - Online Apply for Police Visit to Senior Citizen

Step 2 : To apply for police visit to senior citizen online, the applicant has to visit the following link: Apply Online

Step 3 : If already a user, click on “LOG IN” button which is highlighted in ”YELLOW” in the image given below.

Step 4 : If a new user, register by typing the details in MEMBER REGISTRATION as per prompt. Click “Captcha” code which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow and hit on “REGISTER” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 5 : The password will be sent to registered mobile number. Sign in to your account by typing the “User ID” and “Password”. Then, click on “LOGIN” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

Step 6 : You will reach MEMBER REGISTRATION FORM where you have to fill all the mandatory details accordingly step by step. To upload your photo, click on “Image Upload” tab which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 7 : To fill in Permanent Address details, you can click against “Same as Present Address” checkbox which is pointed with “RED” arrow in case it is same or else enter a different address. Later, hit on “SAVE AND CONTINUE” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below to proceed to next.

Step 8 : Fill the medical details as prompted in this Medical Details section and click on “SAVE AND CONTINUE” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 9 : Now, you will enter Emergency Contact section, where you need to provide the details of someone who is mostly available to you and click on “SAVE AND CONTINUE” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

Step 10 : In Family Member or Relative section, please choose “Yes / No” options which are highlighted in “RED” as per your choice and click on “SAVE AND CONTINUE” button which pointed with “GREEN” arrow in the image below.

Step 11 : In last but one Declaration page, click “I agree terms and conditions” checkbox which is pointed with “RED” arrow and finally hit on “SAVE AND CONTINUE” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

Step 12 : Final Confirmation page will provide an overview of the provided details as shown in the image below.

Step 13 : Please go through all the details and lastly hit on “CONFIRM & SUBMIT” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 14 : Resulting page will leave a ‘Thank You’ message after successful submission of the form. You can exit the page now.

Step 15 : The Applicant will be visited by a police officer for verification.

Step 16 : After verification, if the authorities are satisfied with the report then the application will be processed.

Step 17 : The details of the senior citizen will be added to the database maintained by the police.

Step 18 : After approval, the senior citizen will be registered by the police.

Step 19 : The applicant will receive confirmation through an SMS or call on the registered mobile number. A registration number will be given for future reference. The membership card will be sent through email.

Step 20 : A beat constable will pay regular visits to the homes of the senior citizens to check their health, security, etc.
