West Bengal - Online Apply for Drainage (Sewer) Connection

Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : If you are a new user, click on the “New Registration” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 : Fill in the required details and click on “Next” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 : Fill in the required details and click on “Next” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 : Enter the “OTP” and click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 7 : Click on “Login” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 8 : Enter the required details and click on “Login” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 9 : After login, click on “Sanction of Sewer Line Connection for Buildings in Municipal Areas” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 10 : Check the box and click on “Apply” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 11 : Fill in the required details and click on “Save & Next” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 12 :Check for any corrections to be made before submitting the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.

Step 13 :After successful submission of your application, the system will generate your application reference number in the dashboard or through sms. Please keep it safe for further reference.

Step 14 :Pay the required estimated fee as online or attach the offline paid receipt in the portal. You will receive the payment receipt after paying the fee.

Step 15 :Your application will be further processed to the area officer and necessary site inspections will be made with intimation.

Step 16 :Your application will then be sanctioned, and the connection will be provided.
