Apply Online:
- To Search Death Registration, the applicant has to make an online process through the following link
- The applicant has to enter the login id and password in the service login.
- And select the service option of “Download birth”.
- Enter the complete details and click the “Submit” button.
- Now the death certificate details are presented on the page.
- The applicant can check and view the certificate.
- Also, the applicant can download the death certificate by clicking the “Print” button.
- To Search Death Registration, the fee is free of cost.
- The processing time for this procedure is within a minute.
Apply In-Person:
- To Search Death Registration, the applicant must approach their respective municipal offices or register office where the death is registered link
- Please visit the office and consult with the officer for your requirement.
- Then the applicant must provide death details to the concerned officer.
- The details that to be provide is mentioned in “Required Information” Section of this page.
- Then the officer will provide the death Registration details to the applicant.
- The applicant must pay the prescribed fee as requested.
- The entire process will complete within a day.
Apply Through CSC:
- To Search Death Registration, the applicant must approach respective “CSC” centre link
- Note: The applicant must select state, district and block name from the drop-down menu, or the applicant must click on their respective district to find nearby centres.
- Please visit the centre and consult with the centre operator for your requirement.
- Then the applicant must provide death details to the concerned officer.
- The details that to be provide is mentioned in “Required Information” Section of this page.
- Then the officer will provide the death Registration details to the applicant.
- The applicant must pay the prescribed fee as requested.
- The entire process will complete within a day.
