Uttar Pradesh - Online Apply Income Certificate
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Income Certificate
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Citizen login (e-partner)” option to register into the portal and apply for the services. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 4 : Now click “New User Registration?” option which is highlighted in RED.
- Step 5 : Complete the registration form and click “Protect” tab which is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 6 : After successful registration, click “LOGIN” tab highlighted in yellow at the bottom of the page to go back to the login page.
- Step 7 : Now enter your username, OTP and captcha code in the textbox and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED.
- Step 8 : Now reset your old password and click “Change password” tab which is highlighted in RED.
- Step 9 : After changing the password "password changed successfully" option will appear as highlighted in Yellow. Please click “back” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 10 : Again do login using your username and new password. Then click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED.
- Step 11 : Now click “Fill the application” menu highlighted in Yellow. Then you have to select the service as “income certificate” from the dropdown menu. Refer the below image where it is pointed out by RED arrow. Then click on the hyperlink highlighted in RED to proceed further.
- Step 12 : Now complete the application form with necessary details.
- Step 13 : To attach files click “Choose File” option highlighted in RED. To upload the attached file click “Upload” tab highlighted in RED. Then click “Enter” option highlighted in RED to submit the application.
- Step 14 : To make payment click “Click here to pay service fee” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 15 : Now click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 16 : Note down the service fee and click “Proceed With Payment” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 17 : Choose the applicable payment gateway and click “Make Payment” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 18 : Once the online payment is over, user gets acknowledgement in Mobile as well as in system. Keep it safe for future reference.
- Step 19 : Applicant can download the certificate once the intimation on mobile reaches him for approval after verification.
