Tripura - Online Apply for Local Certificate

Step 1 :First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. Please visit the following link to get the required documents list for this procedure Link for Local Certificate Required Documents page

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online :Link for online portal.

Step 3 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please click “Citizen Registration” option under “CITIZEN SECTION”. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Note: The fields marked with "*" are mandatory.

Step 4 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please complete the prompts as appropriate and click “Validate” button. Please follow the resulting page to register. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 5 : Applicant shall come back to the home page as shown below. Please select “Services” menu. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 6 : A drop down menu will be displayed as shown below. Please select “Certificate” option. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 7 : Another drop down menu will be displayed as shown below. Please select “Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificate (PRTC)” option. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 8 : Applicant will reach Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificate page as shown below. Please select “Apply For Service” section. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 9 : In the Apply For Service section as shown below. Please select “2.Online” option. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 10 : Applicant will get login page as shown below. Please complete the login prompts with applicable credentials and click “Log In” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 11 : On successful log in, applicant will get application form page as shown below. Please complete the form prompts as appropriate. Please follow the below image.

Step 12 : Please scroll down to get prompts as shown below. Please complete the prompts as appropriate and upload documents. Please follow the below image.

Step 13 : Please scroll down further to get prompts as shown below. Please complete the prompts as appropriate. Please follow the below image.

Step 14 : Please scroll down to get prompts as shown below. Please complete the prompts as appropriate and enter the captcha at the provided space. After completing all the form requirements please click “Submit” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”

Step 15 : Once all the above steps are completed, a system generated acknowledgement Receipt will be displayed. Please save and keep it safe for future reference.

Step 16 : This application will be processed further. Applicant receives notification on their registered mobile number. Please follow the notification and department guidelines to get the certificate.
