Telangana - Online Apply for Trade License

Step 1 :First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to Apply for Trade License

Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : If you are a new user, register with your details by clicking on “Register Yourself” hyperlink which is highlighted in “Red”in the below image.

Step 4 :Submit the details for registration by clicking on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 : If you are an existing user, click on “Login” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 :Here fill the online trade license application form with required mandatory information. Please submit the application using the right option.

Step 7 :Now upload document using the following link : Online Link.

Step 8 :Fill in the “Application Number”, “Mobile Number” and click on “Send OTP” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 9 :Please enter the received OTP at the prompted space and click appropriate button to reach next page. Please upload required documents as prompted and process the page.

Step 10 : Applicant has to make payment using the following link: Online Link.

Step 11 : In the given page, click on “ONLINE SERVICES” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 12 :Click on “TRADE LICENSE” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 13 :Click on “Trade License Payment” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 14 :Enter the “TIN NO” and Click on “Know Trade License Fee Dues” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 15 :Please process the payment gateway page using Net banking/Credit/Debit card.

Step 16 :After completion of successful Payment, Applicant will get an online receipt . Please save it for future reference.

Step 17 :This application will be processed further.

Step 18 :Please follow the notification and adhere to the department guidelines to get the license.
