Telangana - Online Apply for Certificate of Identification (COI)

Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : If you are a new user, register with your details by clicking on “New User Registration” button which is highlighted in “Yellow” in the below image.

Step 4 :Submit the details for registration by clicking on “Register” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 :A link will be sent for activation to your email ID. Open your email and click on the link. In the new page, enter the “User ID” and click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 :In the page, click on “Click here to login” hyperlink which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 7 :In the new page, enter the “Login Id” and click on “Continue” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 8 :In the login page, please enter “Login id”, “Password” and “captcha” as appropriate and click “Login” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 9 :After login, click on “Apply for Identity Certificate” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 10 :Then, click on “Click here to fill the application form online” hyperlink which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 11 :Choose the “State” and “District” from the drop down menus which are highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 12 : Fill in the required details and continue filling the application form by clicking on the “Next” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image. You may also save the details if required by clicking on “Save My Details” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 13 : Fill in the required details, upload the required documents and submit the application.

Step 14 : Next, the payment gateway will open where you will need to make the payment.

Step 15 : Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation SMS on your registered mobile number.

Step 16 : You will receive another SMS on the registered mobile number after the authorities verify the submitted form and the documents, stating the date and time on which you need to visit the office.

Step 17 : On receiving the SMS, visit the office on the asked date and time with the original documents.

Step 18 : On the day of reporting, the concerned authorities will verify all the original documents.

Step 19 : Once all the above procedures are successfully completed, you will be given a receipt. Keep the receipt safe and wait till you receive any further information.

Step 20 : You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number, once your application is processed and the certificate is printed and ready for dispatch.
