- Application form for Caste certificate can be collected from nearby Meeseva center by paying Rs.10. Following link can provide you list of Meesva Centres : Meeseva Centres.
- Click on the “MeeSeva Centres” option in the menu and select the “Map View” option.
- Application “Form - II A” can also be downloaded from. Form - II A.
- Click on the “Application Forms” option and select the “Community and Date of Birth Certificate relating to Scheduled Castes and Back ward Classes(II-A) application Form” under the Revenue option.
- Fill the application form and attach all the required documents
- Go to your Meeseva centre and submit the Application and documents along with fees. Meeseva operator will do online process.
- The applicant will receive a application number as acknowledgement. The applicant will also get transaction number as text message on his registered mobile number.
- The online details will be processed by Thaasildhaar. The details will be given to MRI and VRO
- MRI and VRO will do the field verification and submit the report to Thaasildhaar. Thaasildhaar will issue the caste certificate
- To know the status , applicant can use the link: Status Link
- Applicant has to fill the application number and transaction id to know the current status of his application
- The applicant can pick up the certificate in the office where it is applied.

- Applicant must belong to reserved category as Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Other backward Community
- Applicant must be an Indian citizen
- Applicant must be residing in state Telangana
- Applicant should complete age of 3 years to apply for community certificate.
- Note : Please check all eligibility criteria then also check list of documents required for applying for community certificate.

- The fee for this service is Rs. 35 / -. This must be payed at the Meeseva Centre at the time of applying for the certificate.

- Community Certificate is also known as caste certificate. Community certificate is a legal proof of community that the person to whom it is being issued belongs to reserved community like scheduled caste, scheduled tribe and other backward classes.
- Caste certificate is an important certificate to avail certain benefits provided by Government for the socially backward communities in education and employment opportunities for their betterment.
- Students especially require the caste certificates To secure their seat in institution
- This is valid for securing admission in all Educational Institutions and other professional institutions and also for employment.
Information which might helpEdit
- This certificate can be used for several years.
- An individual cannot change his / her caste once he/she issued the caste certificate. However, while converting into another religion, the class may change necessitating a new caste/community certificate.
- NOTE : It is a punishable offense to try with fraudulent documents to get a community certificate�
