Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To obtain a Property Possession Certificate in Telangana the applicant has to approach the Tahsildar in Revenue Department.

3. Application form available in Meeseva Website. Click the following link to download the application form Application Form
4. After visiting the website, there are many forms available click on the possession certificate form and download it.
5. Fill the application with the Required details.
6. Now attach the required documents mentioned and submit the application to the concerned Officer in the department.
7. Once the documents are submitted you will be provided with an acknowledgement, please keep it safe for future reference.
8. It may take 7 days to process the application form.
9. After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities.
10. They notify you through e-mail or by SMS to collect the Property Possession Certificate when it’s ready.
11. They will ask you to sign in a register for the collection of Property Possession Certificate

Apply In-Person through Meeseva franchise:

1. To obtain a Property Possession Certificate in Telengana the applicant has to approach nearest MeeSeva Franchise.
2. Address link: Link. Click on the “MeeSeva Centres” option in the menu and select the “Map View” option.
3. Provide the following details in the application form:
   • Document details such as House number, Door Number, Address, Age, Extents
   • Ration card and Aadhaar card number
   • Informant details such as relation, mobile number and email ID
   • Information related to house boundaries

   • Note: Mention the mode of delivery of possession certificate.

4. Submit all required documents to the MeeSeva Franchise service operator. The request for possession certificate will be forwarded online to the concerned authority,
5. MeeSeva centre service operator will give a receipt with the possession application number. The applicant will receive the application number to the registered mail ID and mobile number. Keep it safe for future reference.
6. The concerned authority, Tahasildhar or RDO, will process the possession certificate request online.
7. After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities.
8. After all the vertification Process they will take action for issuing Certificate.

1. Click the following link to apply property possession certificate online through Meeseva Online portal Online Portal
2. After visiting the website click on the “Login” button and enter the details.
3. If you are a new user click on the login button and select citizen option in the First Box. After selecting, it will show new user option. Click that and enter all the required details and enter your mobile number for OTP.
4. After Entering all the required informations Click on the “Submit” button.
5. After registration click on the “login” Button and select citizen from the list of options and enter your User Id and password and Click the ”login” button.
6. Next Click on the “Certificate” and Select “Revenue” in that.
7. After Selecting Revenue, Click on the Possession certificate.
8. Next enter all the required informations and Upload all the documents mentioned there and click the “Show Payment” Button.
9. Pay the required amount and take an acknowledegment of your payment for future reference.
10. After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities.
11. After all the verification Process they will take action for issuing Property possession Certificate.
