Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Application for registering a school accreditation is available in Business Registration and Licensing Agency (BRELA) contact link
2. Applicants must provide all information that is requested in the application form.
3. Applicants should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure is mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicants must attach photocopies of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting the application form.
6. The Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. If all these steps were followed properly by the Applicants, the registration will be provided within 2 months.
8. If there is no information regarding the document is provided within the mentioned time period, then, the Applicants can visit the office to know status of their application.

1. Application form for registering a school accreditation in Tanzania is available in the following link
2. If Applicants is existing user, they can login directly using their “Username” and “Password”.
3. If Applicants is a new user, they have to register first before logging in.
4. Once after logging in, the Applicants has to select the “Entity Type” and the application form will be opened.
5. Applicants must provide needed information in the application form.
6. Applicants should attach digital copies of documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
7. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure is given under “Required Documents” section of this page.
8. The Fee for this procedure can be paid online.
9. If all these procedures were followed properly by the Applicants, the license will be provided within 2 months.
