Tamil Nadu - Online Obtain Agricultural Income Certificate

- Step 2 : To Obtain Agricultural Income Certificate online, the applicant has to visit the following link: Apply Online
- Step 3 : If you are already a user, please enter your User Name, Password and “Captcha Code” which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow, then click on “Login” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

- Step 4 : If you are a new user, register a new account by selecting, “New User? SignUp here” hypertext which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

- Step 5 : You will reach Registration page, fill in all the details as prompted, “Enter Captcha Code” which is pointed with “YELLOW” arrow and then hit on “Sign Up” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

- Step 6 : Now, again login using your login credentials and “Enter Captcha Code” which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow, then click on “Login” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

- Step 7 : Services page will open with a list of departments, please select “Revenue Department” hypertext which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

- Step 9 : Select “REV-106 Agricultural Income Certificate” hyperlink which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

- Step 10 : In the given page, go through the instructions and select “Proceed” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

- Step 11 : Here, you need to provide CAN number. If you have it, enter the details as prompted and click on “Search” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below. In case, you don’t have it, click on “Register Can” button which is pointed with “RED” arrow and proceed accordingly.

- Step 12 : CAN Registration page will display on the screen as shown in the image below. Please provide necessary details in each section.

- Step 13 : After filling Applicant details and Address details, enter the Contact details and click on “Generate OTP” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

- Step 14 : Enter the OTP number and click “Confirm OTP” button which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow and provide the Bank details as per prompt. Finally, hit “Register” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

- Step 15 : An interface will display on screen please select “OK” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below.

- Step 16 : After obtaining CAN number, you can proceed ahead to apply. In the service application page please complete the prompt as appropriate.
- Step 17 : Please use the “Upload” button to get document upload page. Please upload the required document at the prompted space and click “Back” button.
- Step 18 : In the page applicant shall select “Make Payment” button to get payment page. Please follow the page and hit “Confirm Payment” button to submit the application online.
- Step 19 : A computer generated acknowledgement will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
- Step 20 : This application will be processed further.
- Step 21 : The concerned circle officer / Village Administrative Officer (VAO) and Revenue Inspector (RI) will do the ground level verification followed by scrutiny of the documents and other details provided by the applicant.
- Step 22 : Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the respective superior authority to decide the issue of Certificate to the applicant.
- Step 23 : The status, viz. Approval or Rejection if any will be conveyed to the applicant through an SMS.
- Step 24 : If approved, the certificate will be hand delivered or sent through post to the address mentioned while applying or issued as per applicable norms.
- Note:
- Applicant has to bring original documents while applying for verification and scanning if required.
- Without cross signature on photograph and signature on undertaking the application will be rejected.
