Apply Online - Reservation of Blue Train Online with Images

1. To apply for reserving a blue train ticket online, the applicant has to visit the following link: Link
2. Visit the link and a booking form will be displayed with fields to be filled by the person who is booking the tickets.
3. The person must fill the booking form by entering all the details regarding the journey. Fill the text boxes with corresponding details and click the relevant drop-down menus to select required options.
4. Since we are reserving a ticket to travel on a blue train, select train option as “The Blue Train” under “Train reservations” section of the booking form.
5. If you want to make any car transport booking, complete the “Car transport bookings” section with required details and proceed.
6. Fill the “Train Tour – Accommodation – Packages” section only if you want make visiting the destination as a tour and you want to make a prior booking for accommodation. Click on “see packages” option to get details about the available packages.
7. Then, select an appropriate payment option by ticking the applicable tick box and below that, select either “Send quotation” or “Make the reservation and send invoice” tick box.
8. Click “Send” button and “Enquiries Confirmation Page” will be opened displaying the further process which will take place after the enquiry has been notified.
9. If you have selected “Send quotation” tick box, you will receive an email containing a quotation, quoting availability, service details, fares and timings.
10. In that case, you must confirm the reservation details after which you will receive an invoice that is payable within 24 hours.
11. If you have selected “Make the reservation and send invoice” tick box, the reservation officials will proceed to prepare the invoice for the transaction.
12. Once the transaction has been confirmed, a voucher will be issued confirming the journey details and that should be presented at the ticket office on the day of departure to get the boarding tickets.
