  1. To apply for National Minimum Wage online, the applicant has to visit the National Minimum Wage Exemption System online portal by clicking the following link: Link
  2. On the left side of the webpage, enter the username and password in the respective fields and click “Log in” button if you have a registration already. Or else, click on “Register for Access” to register as a new user.
  3. In the registration page, enter all the details as required and click “Register” button. An email will be sent with the user credentials using which you can log in into the portal.
  4. After logging in, click on “Link To Organisation OR Individual” option which is on the left side of the homepage. In the page that opens, click “Capture NMW exemption” option on the left side to apply for National Minimum Wage.
  5. Application page will be displayed in which you have to enter all the required details as applicable. Follow the on-screen instructions and proceed with the application process.
  6. Upload the documents wherever necessary and make the payment as directed on-screen. After completing required actions, click on applicable to option to submit application
  7. You may be provided with an application reference number which you can use for further enquiries regarding the application.
  8. Once the application is approved, you will be notified in advance and asked to collect or download the relevant document.
