Apply Online:
- Applicant can apply online through Link
- The applicant must register using the portal by clicking on the “Service Provider Registration” option.
- If you have already registered, enter your login details and proceed. If not, register using the new window.
- Click on the “Proceed” button and fill in the application form that appears in the new page.
- Fill the application form by entering your basic details, registration details and email id along with your contact number.
- Once the mandatory fields are filled, click on the “Register” button.
- The new registration number will be sent to the registered email and phone number.
- Login again with the credentials.
- In the new window, click on the “Apply for fresh Recognition” option.
- Select the category you want to register under and fill in the application form.
- Under each category the application from will require details like staff details, focal point, office space details, financial details, fee details, vehicle details and general details.
- Once each form is filled, click on the “Save and Proceed” button.
- The fee details are included in the form. Applicants are required to draw a Demand Draft on the date of application and enter the details of the DD on the application form to proceed.
- Upload the scanned documents in the next window.
- Agree to the pledge provided once you have uploaded the documents and click on “Save & Proceed.”
- On successful submission, the application number will be generated.
- If the application is approved by the officials after the scrutiny, the applicant will receive the approval letter through mail or can download the letter online through the website used.

EligibilityEdit
- The applicant must be a registered company or Partnership Firm
- The Tour operator has an office with a minimum of two qualified staff responsible for handling the office works. He should be well versed with matters related to promotion of tourism. In terms of transport, accommodation, currency, custom regulations and general information about travel and tourism related services with effective communication skills.
- The applicant should have a Permanent Account Number (PAN) and should have Service Tax Number.
- The minimum office space should be 150 to 200 sq. ft. The office should be easily accessible to the tourists located within neat and clean environment. The office should have basic facilities required like telephone, computer, internet, fax machine. There should be enough sitting capacity for the visitors. There should be sufficient space for reception and easy access to the toilet.
- The applicant should have a Bank Account.

- The approved applicant would have option to book STDC hotels and STDC package tours through online, on provide user credentials.
- The approved applicant must carry a common design name board as approved by STDC with STDC logo and name prominently displayed.
- It is statutory for the applicant to display details of various STDC offered packages, list of hotel and also about L.T.C facilities available for STDC operated tours.
- All cancellation and postponement should be done through online and charges are as per the STDC policy.
