- To have a civil partnership outside the Scotland, the applicant has to approach the UNITED KINGDOM LOCAL COUNCIL link
- The applicant has to get the application form from the office.
- The applicant must provide all the requested information, ensuring that it is up-to-date and supported by relevant documentation. The applicant must double-check the form for any errors or omissions before submitting it and make sure that it is fully completed.
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to attach photocopies of the required documents along with the application form before mailing it.
- Post all the documents with the completed form to the concerned office address.
- The application fee charge may vary depending on the registrar.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
