Rajasthan - Online Register a Firm or Company through state portal

Step 1 :First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. Please visit the following link to get the required documents list for this procedure Link for Register a Firm Required Documents page

Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online :Link for online portal.

Step 3 :User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please select “Registration” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 4 :User will get respective options as shown below. Please select “Citizen” button and choose applicable option (google, facebook etc) for registration. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 5 :User will get register page as shown below. Please complete page prompts as appropriate and click “Register” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 6 :Once registered, user will get a page as shown below. Please click “return to the previous page” option. Please see the below image.

Step 7 : Applicant will reach the login page as shown below. Please complete the prompts with applicable login credentials and click “Login” button. Please see the below image where options are highlighted appropriately.

Step 8 : Once login, applicant will get a page as shown below. Please complete the prompts with applicable details and click “UPDATE” button. Please see the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 9 : As a result of the above step, user will get "your SSO profile is updated" notification on screen.

Step 10 : Applicant will get a screen as shown below. Please select “PARTNERSHIP FIRM REG” icon. Please see the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 11 :Applicant will get another screen as shown below. Please select “New Firm Registration (FORM-A)” option on the left part of the screen. Please see the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 12 :Applicant will get a popup as shown below. Please go through the details and click the close symbol. Please see the below image.

Step 13 : Applicant will reach “Application for Registration of Firm” as shown below. Please complete the prompts as applicable. Please see the below image.

Step 14 :Please scroll down to get a screen as shown below. Please complete the prompts as applicable. Please see the below image.

Step 15 :Please scroll down to get a screen as shown below. Please complete the prompts as applicable and upload file as appropriate. Please see the below image.

Step 16 : Please scroll down to get a screen as shown below. Please complete the prompts as applicable and upload file as appropriate. Please see the below image.

Step 17 :Please scroll down to the bottom of the screen as shown below.Please complete the prompts as applicable and upload file as appropriate. Finally click “Pay & Submit“ button. Please see the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 18 :In the following screen please process page requirement and click right button to submit application online.

Step 19 : Applicant will get an acknowledgement. Please keep it safe for future reference.

Step 20:This submitted application will be processed internally.Notification about the progress or requirement of additional details will be sent to applicant through SMS or email.

Step 21 : Please follow the department guidelines to complete the process.
