Rajasthan - Online Apply for Agriculture Electricity Connection

Step 2 : To apply for agriculture electricity connection online, the applicant has to visit the following link: Apply Online

Step 3 : Application Registration Process page will appear on the screen displaying the steps involved in filling the application form. Here, you need to click on “Login” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below to reach home page.

Step 4 : In this home page, if you are an existing consumer, enter your credentials under Consumer Login and enter “captcha code” in the given space pointed with “RED” arrow. Then, hit “LOGIN” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below to get to the next page.

Note : If logged in, please follow the steps from “Step 13”.

Step 5 : If not a registered user, then select “First Time Users Register” hypertext which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below to register.

Step 6 : You will reach “Consumer Registration” page, where you have to enter all the required details as shown in the image below.

Step 7 : To select Security Question, click on “Select Question 1” dropdown menu which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow in the image given below and select a question of your choice then provide a relative answer in the provided space next to it.

Step 8 : Next, click on “Select Question 2” dropdown menu which is pointed with “RED” arrow in the image given below and select a question of your choice then provide a relative answer in the provided space next to it.

Step 9 : At last hit on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below to submit the filled form.

Step 10 : Now you will receive an OTP number to the given mobile number. Click on “Enter OTP” box which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow to enter OTP and hit on “Register” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 11 : You will receive an acknowledgment that you have Registered Successfully. Now, hit on “OK” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below.

Step 12 : Again the home page will be displayed on the screen, enter your login credentials and “Captcha code” in the given space which is pointed with “RED” arrow and then click on “LOGIN” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

Step 13 : In the dashboard, you need to click on “Register Application” which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below to apply for new connection.

Step 14 : An application form will appear on the screen where you have to fill all the required details as per the prompts.

Step 15 : For providing ‘Office Details’, click against “Office Name” dropdown menu which is pointed with “RED” arrow in the image given below to choose the name.

Step 16 : For ‘Type of Connection’ section, click against “Request Type” dropdown menu which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow in the image given below to select the connection based on your requirement.

Step 17 : Under ‘Applicant Details’, select against “Applicant Type” dropdown menu which is pointed with “RED” arrow in the image given below to choose the option. Later fill the rest of the details in this section accordingly.

Step 18 : In ‘Connection Details’ section, to choose why you require this supply click against “Purpose of Supply” dropdown menu which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow in the image given below.

Step 19 : Next, select the category by clicking against “Category” dropdown menu which is pointed with “RED” arrow in the image given below.

Step 20 : Later, complete the rest of details such as Load units, Phase and Character of Service accordingly.

Step 21 : In ‘Bank Details’ section, click against “Bank Name” dropdown menu which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow given in the image below to provide your account details for payment purpose.

Step 22 : Next, provide the remaining bank details as prompted in this section and move to the next section.

Step 23 : Under the ‘Ownership of Meter’, select either “JVVNL” or “Applicant” which are highlighted in “GREEN” as applicable and for ‘Ownership of Plant/Line’ choose either “JVVNL or Applicant” option which are highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below.

Step 24 : Finally, in ‘Required Documents’ section, upload your signature as prompted by clicking on “Choose file” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below against ‘Scanned Signature of Consumer. Likewise, you need to attach all the required documents by choosing respective files as per prompt.

Step 25 : Now, click on “I Agree for the Terms and Conditions” check box which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow as shown in the image given below.

Step 26 : Later, enter the “Captcha” code which is pointed with “RED” arrow and finally hit on “Submit Application” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

Step 27 : Now, a pop-up will appear on screen to confirm the submission of application form, you need to select “OK” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below.

Step 28 : After submitting the application form you will get the application registration number as Application ID with few guidelines and details (same will be forwarded to your mobile and email ID) as shown in the image below. Keep it safe for future reference.

Step 29 : This submitted application will be processed further. Notification from department (through SMS or over phone) for further process will reach applicant.

Step 30 : Applicant shall go to the respective office with the printout of application along with other documents and follow the guidelines to get the connection.

Step 31 : If you want to track your application status, you can find it in two ways. One is to go to your dashboard and select “New Connection” tab which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below. This will display set of options.

Step 32 : In the given options, select “Track Application” tab which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below.

Step 33 : Here, enter the application number in the provided space and click on “Search” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 34 : The specifics of the status of your application will display on your screen as shown in the image below.

Step 35 : Scroll down to the end of the form and hit on “Back” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below to exit.

Step 36 : Second method of tracking the status of your application is through website homepage. In this page, select “Track Application” option which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below from the menu.

Step 37 : In the menu given under ‘Track Application’, please select “NEW CONNECTION” tab which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 38 : Now, enter the application number in the space provided and then click on “SUBMIT” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

Step 39 : Now, the status of application will appear on the screen, you can check it and click on “BACK” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below to exit the page.
