The benefit of reservation under EWS can be availed upon production of an income and asset certificate issued by a respective authority.
Apply In-Person
- To apply, applicant has to go to the thasildhar office. Link for contact : link
- Application form can be obtained from the office while you visit. Applicant can also download the form through the link provided in our document session.
- Complete the form. Affix the passport size photo. Attach all the required documents and submit it to the respective receiving authority in the office. (please follow the authorities advise to complete the process, if any revenue stamp to be affixed – please affix as advised).
- Applicant should provide mobile number to get SMS alerts about status. Authorities will check for the details and documents. Documents will be cross verified with originals. So, carry originals while applying. If all are in place, this application request will be entered in the respective registry or in the computer for further processing.
- A reference number will be given to the applicant for the application submitted. Keep it safe for future reference.
- Authorities will also mention a approximate date for issuance of certificate.
- Thasildhar will process the application through his authorities. The internal processing such as verification/Inspection/authenticity of the documents submitted will take place.
- Besides verification of village/area accounts, administrative officers should conduct local enquiry. The revenue inspector and the deputy thasildhar should also conduct a discreet enquiry before recommending the EWS certificate.
- If the results are satisfactory, thasildhar will decide on the issuance of certificate.
- Once the certificate is ready, applicant will be notified to collect the certificate from the office.
- This certificate will have the declaration from the authority undersigned with valid timeline and photo of the applicant.
- On the said date collect the certificate from the respective office where the applicant applied. Applicant has to sign in the registry and receive the certificate.
- Note:
- Soon after issue of the income and asset certificate, all such certificates will be uploaded on the district website.
- This certificate is subjected to cancellation, if any of the provided document Or information is fabricated in order to get the benefits.
Apply Online
- Please go to: link for portal
- In the given page, existing user shall click on “Sign In” tab on the right part of the screen.
- In the new screen, enter your SSOID, Password and captcha as appropriate and click “Login” button.
- If you are a new user, then use the “Sign up” tab on the right part of the screen to reach registration page. Here, Please select the “Citizen” section and select the registration option from the listed options. Complete the page prompt as per selection to register and then login.
- Once login, applicant will be provided option to update the profile. Please do so if required or on the Dashboard click on “OTHER APPS” option to get a new page with list of apps.
- From the list please select “E-MITRA” option.
- In the resulting dashboard select “Application” under services to get “Advanced search” hyperlink.
- Select this hyper link and select “Revenue Department” under “Select department” and “Application of Income and Asset ….” Option under “Select Services” to get “Get Information” section.
- Please enter applicable detail as applicable for you and click “Get Detail” button to get applicants profile details.
- Go through the details and click “Fetch Address” button at the bottom. Applicant will get address details. Please click “Save” button to get a popup. Please save the emitra registration ID from the popup and click “Ok” button.
- In the resulting online application form page please complete the mandatory prompts as appropriate. Click the check box for the declaration part. Please complete the prompts under Enclosure Information section.
- Now click “Save” button. A popup prompts user “Are you sure to save this form?”. Please click “Ok” button.
- Now click “Proceed to pay” button. An “Add Bill for Payment” button will be provided. Please click the same.
- Information on payment will be provided. Please click “Bill Pay” button.
- In the personal Details section please enter email id and mobile number at the prompted space and click “Continue” button.
- Applicant will be taken to Select Payment Method page.
- Please select the method and follow payment gateway page to complete payment for this application. Applicant after completing payment shall follow on screen information and use the applicable button to submit the application online.
- After successful submission of application, applicant will get an acknowledgement for submission of application. Please keep it safe for future reference.
- This application will be processed further. Applicant will get SMS notification from the department through the registered mobile number.
- Please follow departments notification and guidelines to get the certificate as per applicable norms. #The sanctioned certificate or Rejection Letter may be downloaded by the Applicant by logging into the Portal using his Login and Password.
- Note: The Inspection Reports and final Approval Certificate can be downloaded from Single Window Clearance System at link or link respectively.

EligibilityEdit
- Applicant from general category.
- Family income below 8 lakhs INR or as per state norms.
- Family owned agricultural land less than 5 acres.
- Residential flat owned by family which is less than 1000 sq.ft.
- Residential plot less than 100 sq. Yards and 200 sq. Yards in selected municipalities as per the state norms.
