Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. A valid seed license holder shall apply for changing the address of office/godown of the firm, Addition of New Godown, Change in name and address of responsible person etc.
2. Applicant should go to the respective office (from where the license was obtained) to apply.

4. Please collect the appropriate application form as per officer’s advice or write on a A4 sheet.

6. Submit the completed application with required documents as mentioned in our required documents session.
7. After accepting the application, officials will advise the amount to be remitted.
8. Applicant shall pay the mentioned amount as applicable.
9. Applicant will get receipt for the remitted fees. Please keep the receipt and acknowledgement safe for future reference.
10. This application will be processed by the authority.
11. Respective authority will do site verification if there is change in premises/godown to submit site verification report.
12. Based on the report/recommendation, registering authority will issue updated certificate.
13. Applicant gets intimation to collect the License.
14. On the said date, applicant can collect the license.

4. Once applicant reach the respective kiosk, submit the completed application obtained from the centre or by writing.
5. please follow authorities guidelines to complete the applying process.
6. Please pay as advised. You will get an acknowledgement for applying. Keep it safe for future reference.
7. Applicant gets notification from the department about the status.
8. Applicant can collect the updated license as notified.

3. User will reach a new page. Please click “login” menu provide at the top.
4. In the given page, applicant has to fill in the credentials and hit “login” button to login. If you are new user, then please use registration tab to register and then login.
5. Once login, user will get the page to update profile if required.
6. On the left part of the page, please select dashboard to get list of options.
7. Here select e-mitra tab to reach respective page to process online applying as per the page prompt. Please fill the required details as per prompts.
8. User will get to complete the payment gateway as provided and have to save the acknowledgement for future reference.
9. This application will be processed by respective department.
10. Applicant gets update of the application status in his mobile through SMS.
11. Applicant shall use the application number/id to track the application through online portal.
12. Please follow the page prompt to acquire the license as notified.
